The existing twin drive system of the cement mill at ACC WADI originally commissioned inherited a problem of vibration and frequent failure of the torsion shaft which resulted in breakdown, production loss and involved high maintenance cost. SBPT was approached to resolve the said problem. The total system was then analyzed and an improvised design was installed, commissioned and is working to the customer’s entire satisfaction.
